Le Bon Ton – it’s an abbreviation of a New Orleans phrase that means ‘Let The Good Times Roll’.

It’s a throwback to jovial toasts shouted and glasses raised in the spirited bars of the vibrant city, with its French heritage, piquant flavours and dedication to Southern-style American barbecues.

Our ethos stays true to these alluring Southern roots: signature American-style barbecued meats, cooked low and slow and with extraordinary care, served in a casual restaurant and bar setting. Smoky notes drift across the whole menu, including substantial sandwiches and tantalising bar snacks, just as funk, soul and jazz vinyl-DJ tunes permeate our late-night vibe.

The kitchen showcases dishes and cooking techniques drawn from multiple regions of the American South, with inspiration from as far west as New Mexico and as far east as Alabama.

All pit-smoked meats are smoked over ironbark & fruit woods for up to 12 hours and will absolutely melt in your mouth.
